The aim is for you to not only contain and channel but become positively charged and aligned with the task at hand, connection to breath. The hallmark of flow is to be in a state of spontaneous joy or rapture, even become body-less.
Flow can also be described as deep focus on only activity, not oneself or ones emotions. You become the flow, part of the pulsation in all things.
