Hot yoga will sculpt and tone the muscles and build a strong healthy body while relieving stress and aligning the spirit.

COME TO CLASS HYDRATED
Drink at least 16 ounces of water two hours before class,
excessive amounts of liquid just before class may not be comfortable and may disrupt your practice.
Consuming 20 to 40 ounces afterward for every hour of exercise
is always wise.
I love water that taste great and has natural healing properties. I like to add
the following:
Lemon (any citrus)
Cucumbers
Sprigs of Mint

What to wear to Yoga?
Choose clothes that are not too baggy and that help you and your yoga instructor make sure you're not doing anything harmful to your body. In more physical types of yoga and especially in hot classes, expect to sweat. Wear clothes that dry quickly, wick moisture away, and will keep you as comfortable as possible to get the most out of your yoga class. Fabrics with stretch will help you feel most comfortable as you move from pose to pose. Whatever you choose to wear to class, you should be able to move freely and feel good.

I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light, and peace.
When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me,
We are one.
